Privacy Policy
Orbit Foundry is a space merge idle game. There are no ads. We do not sell your information. You can play without an account.
What stays on your device
Gameplay progress and settings are saved locally on this device (including ship layout, credits, missions, and combat state). An optional Pro purchase flag is also cached locally, separate from the gameplay save. Clearing site data or app storage removes that local copy. We cannot restore a cleared save.
Website
The website at orbitfoundry.avalix.dev does not sell Pro and does not require an account. It is the same game running in a browser. We do not run advertising or analytics SDKs on it.
Android purchases
On the Google Play app, Orbit Foundry Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Google Play Billing processes the payment. RevenueCat verifies the receipt so Pro can be restored after reinstall. That uses an anonymous RevenueCat app user ID, not a login you create with us. Play may also send purchase status to RevenueCat through Google’s real-time developer notifications.
Purchased Pro stays with your Google Play account. Uninstalling the app does not cancel or refund a Play purchase. Restore in the game menu re-reads the store entitlement.
Cloud save (Android)
On the Android app, if you are signed in to Google Play Games, Orbit Foundry can store your game progress in Google Play Games Saved Games so it follows you to a new device. This uses your Play Games player ID and one saved-game file (progress, a device identifier generated by the game, and a timestamp). It never contains your purchases, name, or email, and we run no server of our own for it. Google stores and processes it under the Google Privacy Policy. The website does not use cloud save.
If you are signed in to Google Play Games, your furthest sector is also sent to the Google Play Games leaderboard, where other players can see it next to your Play Games profile name. Guests never submit scores.
What we do not collect
- No email, name, or account of our own
- No advertising ID
- No crash or usage analytics in this version
- No location, contacts, photos, or microphone
Your control
Use Reset in the game to wipe local progress; on Android it also replaces the cloud save with the empty one. You can delete the saved game from Google Play Games settings. Uninstall or clear app storage to remove on-device data, including the Pro cache. Play purchases are managed in Google Play. Children
Orbit Foundry is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. Do not use it to submit personal information about a child.
